There are few teams in the competitive Rocket League ecosystem that have a more exciting play style than FC Barcelona. The trio of Bluey, Deevo, and newcomer Alpha54 made their name in the Rival Series, tearing their way to a 6-1 League Play record. They ended up taking second place behind Red Reserve (now Triple Trouble) in the Playoffs in order to punch their tickets to the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS). In addition, the squad demolished the competition at the European Renegade Cup Finals where they only dropped one game before taking home the title of Renegade Cup Champions! They didn't stop there, and when DreamHack Leipzig 2019 went down, the team thrashed defending World Champions Cloud9 before earning themselves a quality third-place finish. They may be the new kids on the block, but if their hot streak continues, we may just see them on the World Championship stage.
